Inner Spin

A later Bridgwater Circle painting from the fixings series photograph taken at Kings Street, on the new fence around St Joseph’s church’s car park, Bridgwater, Somerset.
I was taken with the big, very textured spiral pattern aluminium fixings on the fence. The spiders were already established and bits of plant were suspended in their webs. I felt it conveyed a sense of my mental state, the record stuck on staying at home while my mind wanted to roam the galaxy.
